Ireland’s Four Provinces, a classic Irish pub in the thriving DC suburb of Falls Church, Virginia, seeks a service-oriented manager who is committed to a career in the hospitality industry and with leadership experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant. Candidates must have full availability to work late nights and weekends.

More specifically, the manager must be capable of the following parts of the job:
Oversee timing, steps of service, speed and efficiency, and remain physically present on the floor during service.
Train staff consistently to meet and exceed service standards, and maintain open lines of communication to create a positive work environment.
Plan, organize and execute events for up to 250 guests.
Assist with purchasing, track sales, run payroll, and actively manage inventory.
Offer service support as needed. Some bartending experience preferred.
Lead by example by adhering to policy, procedures and code of conduct.
Prevent and diffuse situations that may create risk to the business.
Ensure the restaurant operates efficiently every shift of every day.
