An upscale Lebanese-Mediterranean restaurant in Georgetown, DC, is seeking a Sous Chef with a strong background in Lebanese or Mediterranean cuisine to join our passionate culinary team.
We’re looking for someone dedicated, organized, and experienced, who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen and takes pride in delivering authentic flavors with modern presentation.
Responsibilities:
Support the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations
Ensure quality, consistency, and presentation of all dishes
Supervise kitchen staff and maintain a clean, organized workspace
Assist with menu development and prep execution
Maintain high standards of food safety and efficiency
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of culinary experience (Sous Chef or higher preferred)
Strong knowledge of Lebanese and Mediterranean cuisine
Leadership skills with a team-first attitude
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
