We're seeking barbacks and food runners
At least one year of high volume, full-service restaurant experience is preferred but we will teach the right candidate.
Primary duties include:
- Food running or bar support depending on position
- Helping receive and stock deliveries
- Follow steps of service to properly bus and manicure tables and bar
Requirements:
- must be able to clearly read, comprehend, and present by name food and/or beverage items and ingredients to guests
- must learn table layouts and seating charts for full building
- must maintain sanitation, cleanliness and organization standards
- ability with lifting items up to 20lbs
- comfortability with using steps frequently throughout a 6hr - 8hr shift
- growing food and beverage knowledge
Compensation includes:
- Base hourly + tips (average $22/hr)
