Our office is looking for a Part-Time friendly and vibrant associate dentist to join our team. We are a small office in Upper Marlboro, MD, and have a wonderful patient base. We are committed to fostering a collegial work place that provides excellent clinical care and customer experience.
Duties:
- Perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, crowns, root canals, removable dentures.
- Conduct dental hygiene examinations and develop treatment plans for patients
- Collaborate with dental hygienists and other dental professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using electronic medical documentation systems
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry and attend continuing education courses
Requirements:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
- Valid state dental license in good standing
- Knowledge of dental procedures, techniques, and equipment
- Proficiency in dental coding and documentation systems
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with patients
