Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Virginia licensed RN to join our Aesthetics team. You will be responsible for providing a range of scientifically grounded beauty treatments and services to our clients. This includes performing Morpheus 8, Cryo Skin, Shockwave, Hair Regeneration, and more. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest services. Paid OJT.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments including face and body sculpting, aesthetic laser treatments which you will be trained on, and more
- Consult with clients to assess their skin concerns and recommend appropriate treatments
- Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the client's experience
- Conduct product demos and educate clients on proper skincare routines
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment room
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
- Collaborate with other team members to create a welcoming and professional atmosphere
Experience:
- No experience as an Aesthetician or in a similar role
- Proficiency in using Google Calendar or similar scheduling software is not required
- No experience in body and face aesthetic laser treatments is required
- Knowledge of venipuncture and IV placement techniques is a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on providing exceptional guest experiences
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
