Candidate must be proficient in
G-Tube and Oxygen Care
Tracheostomy Management
Ventilator Support
Personal Care Support
Perform pre assessment of potential nursing clients
Perform initial assessments of nursing clients
Perform ongoing assessments
Review medical documentation including but not limited to:
CMS-485/487
Progress notes
Medication Administration Records
