A homeowner, in McLean, VA, needs to hire an experienced Executive Housekeeper/House Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of a formal home. This person will train, schedule, direct and manage staff, update household manuals, walk the interior of the property checking all systems and amenities, maintain inventories, collaborate with other members of the estate's office, manage mail/packages, assist with special projects, track dry cleaning, and provide concierge level services as required, maintain detailed lists for family and guests' preferences in order to provide a world-class seamless experience to everyone who enters the property. Candidates must be highly organized, tech savvy, excellent communicators and comfortable providing hands-on assistance to Housekeepers. Schedule is Monday to Friday from 8:30am - 5pm with some flexibility. Must be comfortable with cats in the home and have a reliable vehicle to get to and from work. Experience with modern, smart appliances would be beneficial. Salary range: $40-45/hr. plus benefits. Immediate start.
