We are seeking a Landscaper Field Manager (Female Preferred but will accept Males too)
to join our Landscaping team.
The ideal candidate will help with various landscape projects, along with follow ups with clients and crew ensuring they are completed on time, will be in charge of running errands to nurseries and providers make sure the orders are place and on time be able to lift up to 30-40 pounds position is 1099 with plants knowledge is a plus very responsible .
Responsibilities
- Supervise Landscaping activities at project sites
- Manage project scheduling and ensure deadlines are met
-Place order for plants, do visits to our local providers, pick up make sure they are ready for the job site
- Supervise maintenance schedule for recurring clients are met.
- Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
- Conduct on-site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance
- Maintain communication with Operation Manager and Contractor
- Work on redacting estimates to be sent (no estimator experience is required as we set prices personally)
Requirements
- Proven experience in operations for landscaping, nursery companies
- Proficiency, responsible, on time, reliable,
- Knowledge of project scheduling and coordination open and willing to be trained with learners mentality
-Computer knowledge to place orders and send estimates, follow up with clients via email.
- Familiarity running errands to ensure projects and schedule is accomplished
-VALID Drivers license
-Open to work around Landscaping season with a time pause.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively work with diverse teams and speak for the team members with homeowners at the job site.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
