Prepare and complete orders for either delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
Print shipping labels for fulfillment
Receive and process inventory shipments by scanning and uploading in the software
Receive and process customer returns
Perform inventory checks, periodic stock counts, and keep quality standards high for audits
Keep a clean and safe working environment
Complete diary logs into inventory and report any discrepancies
Communicate and collaborate with both supervisors and coworkers
Maintain all warehouse equipments
Follow quality service standards and comply with all relevant procedures, rules, and regulations.
Minimum 1 year warehouse experience required
Applicant must be computer savvy, with knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Must be able to communicate in English
