Are you an Eagle just looking for an opportunity to SOAR to reach the heights you are destined for? If so, this might be the opportunity you have been looking for:

I am a professional photographer with a busy schedule and I'm a few months away from launching a Smart-Phone App that looks to be a game-changer. I need a part-time (to start) assistant to help smooth out my schedule, help keep me organized and join the App Team to help the launch.

About you:

1. Integrity: I work out of my home in Herndon, so you will have access to all of my personal and business information so being trustworthy and discrete is of paramount importance. I put this first because it is the single most important thing for me.

2. Organized: I've been a one-man-show for most of my professional life, so I keep a lot of things in my head, but I am reaching the point where there is so much going on that it's difficult to keep track of everything and stay on point. So I need someone who can be as OCD as I can be to help keep everything straight and can come up with inventive ways to keep everything running smoothly.

3. Detail Oriented: While it's important to keep an eye on the "big picture", in my businesses, details mattera lot. The three words I HATE the most are: "That's good enough." (IYGIYGI).

4. Tech Savvy: I am a bit of a tech geek, so it would be nice to work with someone who knows more than I do in that department. At the very least, you should be able to "figure it out" when it comes to using technology to make us more efficient.

5. Aptitude in Sales/Marketing: While there is an hourly/weekly component to this job, it is dwarfed by a really generous commission structure for both the photography business and the App start-up.

6. Should enjoy having fun: As an ex-military pilot, my favorite saying was "Work Hard/Play Hard" and that's how I live my life. When there is work to be done, I am laser-focussed and intensely dedicated to getting it done right. When the work is done, though, I love me some fun! So bring your sense of humor and love for life.

7. NDA will need to be signed and background check might be needed in the near future.

About me:

1. My personal letterhead has three words on the bottom of each page: Excellence, Loyalty, Integrity. These aren't just buzzwords for methey're foundational principles of how I want to live my life.

2. I don't need someone to "fetch it" for me. So you won't be picking up dry cleaning or making coffee runs or washing cars. While there are some not-so-fun things that I need done for the businesses, the real help I need is higher level stuff than that.

3. I believe in direct, open and honest communication. I have a very thick skin and need people around me that understand that in real life (and business), mistakes are made and sometimes, to avoid making the mistakes in the future, frank conversations need to be had. And it goes both waysif I'm doing something wrong, you need to be able to let me know as well. If this idea scares you or makes you nervous, we probably won't get along as well as we need to. (IYGIYGI).

4. I don't know everything. But I pretty much know what I don't know. And I am always eager to learn.

About the Job:

1. Job will start out at about 10-15 hours per week. Initially, there will be a lot of organizing as you learn about me and my businesses.

2. Sales/Marketing/Social Media will pay commissions above and beyond the hourly rates, but you will be expected to do that on your own time. Your time=Your commission. How much do you want to make? With very little effort, a few hours per week will translate into hundreds if not thousands of dollars per month.

3. Starting hourly rate of $15/hour (negotiable for the right candidate) + commission.

4. College grads preferred, some college required.
