Job Description:

Are you a versatile and creative individual with a knack for marketing, advertising, content creation, and website management? We are looking for a dynamic specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in elevating our company's online presence and marketing efforts. In this multifaceted position, you will be responsible for executing marketing strategies, creating engaging content, managing advertising campaigns, and maintaining our website.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our products/services.

Create compelling and relevant content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and email marketing.

Manage advertising campaigns across multiple channels, including social media platforms, direct mail, and other relevant mediums.

Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.

Maintain and update the company website, ensuring content is current, relevant, and engaging.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business goals and align marketing efforts accordingly.

Take ownership of all marketing, advertising, content creation, and website management tasks within the company.

Requirements:

Proven experience in marketing, advertising, content creation, and website management.

Proficiency in social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) and advertising tools.

Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to create high-quality content tailored to different audiences and platforms.

Experience with website management platforms such as Squarespace, WordPress, or similar.

Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.

Creative thinking and a passion for staying ahead of marketing trends.

Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Clear communication skills and attention to detail.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred but not required).

Previous experience in a similar role demonstrated success in marketing, advertising, content creation, and website management.

Availability for in-house part-time work, including evenings and weekends if needed.

Compensation:

$20.00 - $22.00 based on experience per hour, minimum 20 hours per week.
