As an Account Associate with Choice Property Management Services, your role serves as the point of contact for all financial questions for our clientele. As a part of your day-to-day responsibilities, you will have an opportunity to work on a variety of tasks related to community property management.
Position Responsibilities:
Accounting
- Processing Accounts Payable
- Processing Accounts Receivable
- Delinquency follow through
- Entering bills into the accounting software
- Prepare financial reports
- Organize essential documentation
- Send out invoices to customers
Property Management Administration
- Monthly generation and reconciliation of community financial package
- Creation of detailed invoices
- Bank deposit
- Maintenance of community financial portfolios
- Responding to, qualifying, tracking, and resolving resident financial questions

Qualifications:

- Excels in deadline-driven and detailed oriented environment
- Professional Appearance and Demeanor.
- Strength in ownership and prioritization Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong computer skills including MS Office suite.
- Ability to type minimum 40 WPM.
