Requirements:
Phone Operation & Etiquette Experience in a Sales Environment (Expert); Social Media Skills (FaceBook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.); Writing Skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Publisher and PowerPoint;
Comfortable with the latest technology used in Office Administration.
Reliability, discretion, and willingness to take on a variety of tasks and training are also important qualities needed in our candidates.
Job Description:
Full-Time Hours: Monday through Friday (9 am – 5 pm)
Operating switchboard, welcoming guests, clerical support of office staff, updating and downloading content for Intranet and Social-Media, vendor coordination, assisting with marketing for events and training, and office opening and closing procedures. Start immediately.
