We are hiring for a front desk associate at a brand new pediatric dentistry opening in Chantilly, VA! Treehouse Pediatric Dentistry of Chantilly is looking for an experienced front desk/admin professional to help with the following responsibilities:
- Greeting and checking in patients
- Scheduling new patients
- Answering calls from new and existing patients
- Process patient insurance claims and patient payments
- General office tasks like keeping the waiting room and team room clean, helping dental assistants with stocking inventory, etc.
- Supporting marketing efforts
