JOB SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the Regional Property Manager, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for handling all administrative requests.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer and direct Phone Calls
Data Entry into Property Management Software
Organize and Schedule Appointments
Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms
Assist in the preparation of Reports
Maintain a Filing Systems
Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
Provide general support to Prospects/Visitors & Tenants
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant and/or Office Admin Assistant
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, Outlook Email
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Minimum High School Diploma; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
