Main Purpose of the Job
Assist in the Administration and implementation of admissions policy.
Provide a high-quality service to Faculty/Students on date-to-date ruining of the college and admission process.
Main duties and responsibilities
1. Prepare correspondence concerning individual queries as required by the President / Vice President.
2. Assist other Admission Officers, when necessary, in administrative duties relating to class/clinical rotation.
3. Responsible for ensuring the supply of materials such as college information/leaflets on admission processes to customers as requested.
4. Undertake general administrative duties such as ordering and maintaining adequate stationery supplies, collecting posts, sending faxes & photocopying.
5. Perform other reasonable duties as may be required by the President/Program Director, Vice President/Campus Director, and Faculty.
6. Answer telephone phone calls and make appointments.
7. Follow up on prospective students and their schedules.
8. Process all payments accordingly and update data on a spreadsheet
9. Ensure that students and faculty sign attendance records
10. Ensure that all students' file is up to date with the required documents.
11. Ensure that documents are filed in an orderly manner.
12. Ensure that students complete the Background Check and Drug Screening within a given period.
13. Ensure that all student information is updated on the Background Check Viewpoint Application.
14. Assist students with Financial Aid, Entrance, and Exit Counselling.
15. Assess and complete evaluations accordingly.
16. Record and facilitate Transcripts and Diploma requests for Students.
17. Process Tax forms for students.

Experience:
19. Experience of working as part of a team as well as on your initiative
20. Experience in working with public and senior officers within an organization
21. Experience of being able to prioritize and plan work in advance
22. Experience in maintaining an accurate filing system
23. Experience in keeping records up to date
24. Experience in using a database to input data, and other IT applications
25. Experience in confidentiality (data protection)

Qualifications: Minimum of an Associate degree in Administration
