Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Alexandria, VA for an Assistant Property Manager. The Assistant Property Manager will be responsible for supporting the Property Manager in day-to-day operations, including owner relations, maintenance coordination, and financial management. The role includes addressing residents' concerns, overseeing property maintenance, preparing reports, and preparing resale documents.
Qualifications
Maintenance Coordination and Property Management skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft office and other relevant technologies is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in the property management industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree is a plus
