We are seeking a Driver/Construction Assistant to join our team. This position is essential to ensure the smooth functioning of our construction projects, supporting our mission to create exceptional outdoor living spaces. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the construction industry.

In this role you will support all aspects of the construction process to ensure everything goes smoothly. The ideal candidate must have excellent communications and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

- Work with Project and Construction Managers for daily deliveries, pickups and punch list items.

- Coordinate material deliveries and meet materials on site.

- Move trailers and equipment to job sites.

- Be flexible in assisting the team with daily tasks during high volume times, including answering the phone, email, and deliveries of all kinds.

- Bring potential project-related problems and possible solutions to the attention of the responsible party.

Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate needs to have the following skills:

- Experience driving an equipment trailer a must.

- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills; ability to assess and prioritize tasks in a highly active environment.

- Ability to coordinate with all personnel to assume timely completion of required tasks; conduct follow-up on correspondence.

- Construction knowledge a plus.

- May frequently be required to sit, stand; walk; use hands and reach with hands and arms.

- May be required to work outdoors under a variety of weather conditions.

- May be required to lift and / or move over 50 pounds.
