We are seeking an organized and friendly individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Office Assistant. As an Entry-Level Office Assistant, you will be responsible for answering phone calls, managing office communications, and supporting general administrative duties to ensure the smooth operation of the office. You will play a key role in creating a positive first impression for callers and visitors while assisting in various office tasks.
Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel
Assist with staff scheduling, appointments and meetings
Maintain office supplies and order replacements when necessary
Help maintain organized office systems and files
Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, photocopying, and scanning documents
Assist with special projects, on-call and other office-related tasks as needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, etc.)
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Friendly and professional demeanor with excellent phone etiquette
Previous office or administrative experience is a plus but not required
Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn
