Front Desk Position Overview

As a Front Desk Person at Valley Vista Condominium, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Our Front Desk duties include offering administrative support across the organization. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the building. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing mail, packages, correspondence, and redirecting phone calls.

Front Desk Personell are expected to warmly greet residents and visitors, maintain a professional demeanor and appearance, respond quickly and effectively to emergencies, and complete daily duties in support of office operations. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver warm greetings to guests and visitors. Engagement should be welcoming and helpful in delivery.

Business casual attire preferred. Maintain a professional attitude and appearance

Efficiently handle the receipt and distribution of mail, calls, and parcels.

Maintain a highly organized front desk, lobby and resident lounge area.

Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, residents, and their guests with the various departments of the Association, such as maintenance, management, and housekeeping services.

Promptly and courteously respond to phone and email inquiries from owners, residents, and anyone doing business with the Association.

Proactively identify and fulfill residents needs to deliver a standout experience.

Oversee the inventory of supplies and manage the replenishment process.

Qualifications:

At least one year of experience in customer service.

Passion for providing exceptional customer experiences.

Professional presentation, verbal and written communication skills.

Strong aptitude for computer systems, software, and office equipment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.

Strong organizational skills with strict attention to detail.

Dependability as a team member. Reliable resource for all things Community related.

Flexibility to work variable shifts, including weekends.

Experience in customer service-related fields such as hospitality, retail, or restaurants, and the highest standards of integrity, creativity, and teamwork.

Excellent interpersonal skills and a desire for learning and professional development.
