Receptionist

Ayala Vado and Associates, a Public Accounting firm, is currently seeking a dynamic candidate for our front desk. We are looking for individuals who seek exciting, long-term career opportunities for growth and advancement.

Duties:

- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office

- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries

- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner

- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing

- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system

- Prepare and modify documents, including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails

- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff

- Assist in event planning and coordination

- Proofread documents for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors

- Transcribe notes from meetings or audio recordings as needed

Requirements:

-English and Spanish Speaker is a must

-Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role

- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)

- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks

- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask

- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
