We are looking for our next Patient Ambassador, Gatekeeper, and Master Scheduler. Our front desk receptionist really sets the stage for our patients' experience, so we are primarily concerned with finding someone with a true desire to help others. With this comes the need for a warm and welcoming personality that is quick to smile and assist others.
Beyond this vital requirement, we need someone with high organizational and communication skills. We are a small office so it's also important our receptionist is able to take initiative and function with or without supervisionthough we all work the same hours so being alone pretty much never happens. Please ensure you have reliable transportation as well.
Here are the details for the position:
- 36 hours / week (+ or - an hour)
- Hourly compensation paid biweekly
- Mondays and Wednesdays: 9am-7pm (lunch @ 1pm), Tuesdays and Thursdays: 6am-4pm (lunch @ 11am)
- Every work day we have our team meeting and training 12pm - 1pm
- Fridays and Weekends OFF!
- Office closes on most major holidays including Thanksgiving and Xmas Eve/Day.
- No PTO, but unpaid time off is allowed with prior approval.
- Two set of scrubs (top and bottom) will be provided.
