Prospect Waterproofing Company is hiring a Service Coordinator. Primary function of the Service Coordinator position is to maintain schedule, update & modify daily schedule, and direct communications with clients.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
-Excellent Customer Service: Direct phone and email communication with Prospect Waterproofing Company clients and Service Field Personnel.
-Managing Daily/Weekly Schedule.
-Confirmation of schedule with client.
-Working alongside Project Superintendent and Project Management team.
-Assisting with Accounts Receivable.
-Good Computer Skills, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Customized Software.
-Managing Manufacturer Warranty Claims.
-Position is Full Time, Monday – Friday.
Previous experience in Construction Job Coordination a plus.
Salary commensurate with experience.
