We are a small home service business based in Arlington, VA. We are seeking a full-time virtual Office Admin who lives in the DMV. The Office Admin will be responsible for answering all the calls, text, and emails that the business receives during 8:30am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday. On average, there are about 10 calls per day. Besides managing all the incoming calls, text, emails, the Office Admin main responsibility would be scheduling.
The pay is $500 per week. No benefits at this time as we are a growing start-up. We are looking for a loyal Office Admin that wants to stay with us long term.
Requirements:
- Must speak great english
- Absolutely, no exceptions… Must have a quiet space to answer calls Mon-Fri, with no background noise or disruptions.
- Must be able to work on a computer to log new customers and to coordinate scheduling in our software program.
- Must be able to multi-task and follow directions.
- Must be available for in-person meetings once a month.
- Absolutely must be kind and friendly as we cherish our customer engagements
