Key Responsibilities: Property Visits & Tenant Interaction: Travel to properties, meet with tenants, and address their needs.
Contractor Management: Oversee property maintenance by preparing statements of work, soliciting bids, and negotiating with contractors.
Administrative Support: Provide general office support, including managing mail, answering phones and emails, preparing documents, and maintaining office organization.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with Property Managers and the Managing Broker to ensure smooth property operations.
Qualifications:
Strong Work Ethic: Punctual, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with a willingness to learn.
Excellent Communication: Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Computer Proficiency: Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) & Google Workspace
Valid Driver's License: Must have a D.C. driver's license and reliable transportation.
Legal Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without time limitations.
Bonus Points:
D.C. residency is preferred.
Experience in customer service or administrative roles.
Schedule:
Normal office hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Includes one week per month of "on-call" duty.
