DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Merchandise and stock products to maintain a neat and organized store.
Process customer purchases and operate a cash register efficiently.
Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
Perform general cleaning duties to keep the store looking its best.
Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
Monitor inventory, take inventory counts, and report losses or issues.
Adhere to cash policies and company procedures to minimize losses.
Safely operate store equipment, such as hand jacks, floor scrubbers, and cardboard balers.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be 18 years or older.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Ability to lift and stock items up to 45 pounds.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask, work independently, and as part of a team.
Prior retail experience is a plus but not required.
