Weekly day range: Monday to Friday and Every other Sunday .
Qualifications - Dispatcher 495 Garage Door
Required experience: 1 year office clerk, call center, customer service and Sales experience.
Active listening, verbal and written (Strong typing skills) communication skills, professional phone voice and exceptional customer service.
Proficiency with computers, especially with dispatching software.
Organizational Skills and ability prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
High School Diploma or GED.
Job Description
Understanding of company products, services.
Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.
Understanding and striving to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service.
Making sales or recommendations for products or services that may better suit client needs.
Answering inbound calls and reaching out to customers to schedule their appointment.
Knowledge of geography for the DMV area and the ability to read a map and multitask building technicians routes and schedule are a plus.
