We’re hiring outgoing, motivated door-to-door sales canvassers to help homeowners discover how an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) can pay for itself—and more. Your job is simple: set qualified appointments for our sales team. No hard selling, just opening the door (literally) for life-changing home upgrades.
What We Offer:
$20–$30/hour starting pay
Huge commissions – $10,000+ per month potential
Part-time to start, with opportunity for full-time
Work in high-demand DC & Maryland neighborhoods
Your Role: Knock on doors in targeted areasEducate homeowners on how ADU rental income can offset or eliminate their mortgage
Schedule in-home or virtual consultations for our sales closersTrack appointments & report results daily

Positive, energetic, and self-motivated people
Excellent people skills—comfortable talking to strangers
Reliable transportation
Prior sales, canvassing, or lead generation experience is a plus (but not required)
