Are you a seasoned construction professional with proven field experience? Grellis Construction is expanding and looking for highly skilled, dependable team members who take pride in their craftsmanship and professionalism.
Schedule: Part-Time | Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Pay: $30 per hour
Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience in the construction industry (residential remodeling preferred)
Strong understanding of field operations, communication, and project coordination
Comfortable working independently in the field
Must have your own reliable transportation – this role involves job site visits and customer interaction
Excellent communication, punctuality, and attention to detail
Preferred Backgrounds:
Seasoned construction experts, foremen, lead carpenters, and project managers who understand quality, accountability, and teamwork.

What You’ll Do:
Visit job sites and keep detailed written and digital records of progress
Assist customers with product selections and collect necessary signatures
Submit forms (Google Forms and company documentation)
Communicate with customers and keep them updated
Support our installation team and ensure projects run smoothly
Be willing to “go the extra mile” for great results
Comprehensive training on company procedures will be provided. This is an immediate hire position, and training will begin promptly upon hire.
