Great opportunity available to join an expanding State Farm Agency. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to work with us on inside customer Life and Health sales. The ideal candidate needs to be hard working, focused, and enthusiastic. You must possess a very strong customer service/sales personality. You must have excellent written and oral communication. Bilingual would be a plus. We offer training. We offer a compensation that includes a base, commission, and bonus opportunity.
Daily duties:
General Office Duties; email, fax, copy, out-bound calling
Ability to make 40-50 calls daily
Selling life and health insurance (licensing is Required)
Educating customers on coverages
Prospecting and developing leads and referrals
MOTIVATED and GOAL DRIVEN
Ability to obtain a Life and Health State License ASAP! Willing to self-study, pass state exam the 1st attempt.
Bonus available for obtaining license in 30 days
