Are you experienced in construction or home improvement and looking for a part-time opportunity with flexible hours? Join our local full-service construction company, Grellis Construction; as a Field Development Representative and put your skills to work helping us oversee home improvement projects throughout the DMV area.
We’re looking for someone who is:
A self-starter with a “can-do” attitude
Comfortable working independently in the field
Experienced (at least 2 years in construction or sales)
Reliable, with dependable transportation
What You’ll Do:
Visit job sites and keep detailed written and digital records of progress
Assist customers with product selections and collect necessary signatures
Submit forms (Google Forms and company documentation)
Communicate with customers and keep them updated
Support our installation team and ensure projects run smoothly
Be willing to “go the extra mile” for great results
Compensation & Perks:
$30/hour pay
