Position Overview:
As a Sales Executive, you'll play a vital role in identifying, pursuing, and securing new business while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. You’ll be responsible for promoting and selling chemical products and related items across a designated sales territory throughout the Mid-Atlantic.
Compensation Structure:
Commission: 25% of Net-net profit from your sales, paid within 24 hours of company receipt. (Net-net = Revenue minus manufacturer’s COGS and transportation.)
Salary: Tiered salary system with increasing commission percentages at key milestones (Day 91, Day 181, Day 271).
Initial 90-Day Probation: Fixed salary; commissions begin after the probationary period.
Territory:
From New York to Richmond, VA, including West Virginia and Pennsylvania.

Schedule Expectations:
Mondays: In-office planning
Tuesdays–Thursdays: Client visits per Monday's plan
Fridays: In-office reporting and review
Requirements:
Proven sales experience (chemical or industrial background preferred)
Self-motivated and able to manage a wide regional territory
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Valid driver’s license
Willingness to sign a standard confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement
