Sales Representative – Sign Company (Base + Commission)

Sterico Signs is hiring a Sales Representative to join our growing team! We’re looking for someone who’s motivated, outgoing, and ready to build lasting relationships with clients in a creative, fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do:
Sell custom signs and graphics to new and existing clients
Work both in the office and out in the field meeting customers
Prepare quotes, proposals, and coordinate with our production team
Help grow company sales and hit monthly goals
What We’re Looking For:
Sales experience (sign or graphics industry a plus)
Great communication and customer service skills
Self-starter with strong organization and follow-up
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Pay & Benefits:
Base salary + commission (uncapped earnings!)
Benefits available after introductory period
Full-time, hybrid schedule (office + field)
