We are a healthy and growing 14+ year old company that has earned numerous awards for excellent customer service and high quality work. We provide homeowners with solutions to basement water leaks and mold problems.
The services we offer are needed repairs, not luxuries, and much easier to sell in these tough times.
You must:
Have a minimum of 1 years experience in waterproofing and mold remediation sales.
Be a driven and positive, and detail oriented person.
Have a decent understanding of residential construction.
Be able to follow up, manage your contacts and close sales without undo pressure. (We are not a hard close operation.)
Have the ability to work to match our clients schedules. This means some nights and Saturday days.
Have transportation. You will drive to your appointments and meet with homeowners at their homes.
We provide qualified, pre-set appointments so you can focus on selling instead of prospecting, although creating self generated leads / prospecting pays very well.
We are seeking a serious sales professional. Our appointments are 20-40% referral based and so our close percents are very high. $160k per year in commission is easy here for a seasoned pro. (This is a commission only position).
Our marketing/sales area covers Northern Virginia and Metro area Maryland.
