Silk Salon & Nails is a located in Arlington Courthouse plaza.
We are looking for a receptionist who understands the importance of providing exceptional customer service. This position is responsible for answering all incoming calls on a daily basis, greeting clients and scheduling appointments at their convenience.
Experience with Meevo is a plus but Not required as we can provide training.
Flexibility for shifts must Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday.
Answer incoming telephone calls and greet clients
Book all services
Inform and educate clients about our products and services
Process clients tickets
Provide superior service and etiquette
