A well established family service center specializing in European (German/Swedish) vehicles is looking for an Automotive Service Writer/Adviser delivering top-notch customer service.
We are looking for a person who can meet/greet customers, discuss all aspects of the customer's concerns with regard to their vehicle’s service needs. Learn all aspects of working behind the service counter, from entering customer information to writing full service estimates. Mechanical knowledge of automotive systems along with the capacity to continually learn about new technologies . Will need to have basic computer skills.
