Stoneridge Outdoor Living is a regional sunroom and outdoor living company and serves as the largest Four Seasons sunroom dealer in the US. We build sunrooms, screen rooms, patio covers, replacement windows, composite and pressure treated decks.
Position provides for company vehicle and gas card.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to customer project status reporting, managing subcontractors and inhouse crews, and maintaining the budgets and schedules for the projects.
Update project manager software to include daily logs, pictures and project status.
Must be able to report accurate project start and completion timelines and attend weekly PM meeting.
Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues
Skills
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Proficient in MS Office.
Be able to effectively manage multiple projects and subcontractors at one time.
Must have a positive attitude and work well within a team environment.
