.Image Painting is looking to hire motivated individual for Residential Painting Project Manger in DC Metro Areo, and we are looking for Effective Communication who is a critical thinker with problem solving, organization self starter.
The ideal candidate will have time managment skills, be able to plan project, scheduling, budget management skills. Some experience or worked in customer service ie Server / Server or industries where you have worked with customers. You MUST have verifiable and STABLE work experience. Construction experience and knowledge is a definite plus but not needed. Good English /Spanish.
The ideal candidate must also have strong listening, leadership skills. You must be proficient working with computer software and be detail oriented, focused, and a team player. Most importantly, you MUST have strong ethics and high integrity and be committed to ALWAYS putting the customer first.
Responsibilities:
Set up new projects and see the projects through until closeout.
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Conduct quality control inspections.
Provide daily updates to customers via email.
Handle calls from crews and problem-solve issues.
Provide KPIs during weekly team meetings.
Utilize software for project management.
Ensure crews are completing checklists on new projects and projects that are closing out.
Interview & hire painters.
Qualifications:
Bilingual
Good planer
Clean record
Team player
Problem solver
3 to 5 years experience helpful

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
No nights
Weekends as needed
