Electrician, handyman needed. We’re buying a townhouse and the townhouse needs some TLC some painting,it needs a ton of recessed lights approximately 50, dimmer switches, outlets, outlet nightlights, install blinds, i may want to extend the 240’elec line to the HW HEATER to relocate it, I’m sure there will be some drywall repair from the recessed lights, add ceiling fans, small rock bed in the back needs to be replaced, the attic I want to add three additional lights, a couple windows might be stiff, the attic fan install a switch, paint the hallway going to the basement , wooden shelfs
in closets, right now there are metal shelving. small little odds and ends looking for one or two workers someone who is clean takes their time cleans up after themselves and uses drop cloths. I don’t want to have to clean up after and I would like someone who takes pride in their work. I’m willing to pay 1,000.00 a week cash and supply all material.
