Position Overview - We are seeking a dedicated, full-time residential carpentry crew to exclusively subcontract for our projects year-round. This is an opportunity to partner with a reputable company dedicated to delivering excellence in residential construction.
Key Responsibilities -
Installation of residential projects from layout to completion including project pre-flight, demo, takeoff verification, framing and finishing. Projects include decks, screen rooms, 3 and 4 season rooms, additions, porches, porticos, garages, kitchens, basement buildouts, etc.
Deliver superior craftsmanship in trim work, ensuring exceptional aesthetic quality.
Adhere to all local building codes, safety standards, budgets and timelines.
Maintain clear communication and collaboration with our project managers.
Requirements -
Must be based in Northern Virginia, within a 30-mile radius of the 22031 zip code.
Availability to work full-time, exclusively subcontracting for us.
Must provide reference photos showcasing previous work in decks, seasonal rooms, and trim detail.
Professional recommendations from past clients or contractors are required.
Fully functional in English for efficient communication on job sites.
Possess a verified business license and contractor’s license.
Proof of insurance is mandatory.
