Seeking full-time deck installers and exterior carpenters to join our growing team. This is a field installer position that reports to the site Project Manager, and ideally, has 2-3 years' experience working with roofing, siding, and decking materials. Some interaction with customers/homeowners will be required, so customer service skills are a must.
Along with performing installations that meet or exceed company standards and timelines, you will also have responsibilities that include:
- Following ALL safety guidelines
- Surveying job sites for potential hazards and safety
- Ability to complete work that meets company standards and install properly, and staying on-time and on-budget
- Carry, lift, and move materials that weigh 50lbs or more
- Taking directions on job sites to complete necessary work
- Removing original material and replacing it with new material
- Maintaining any company provided equipment
- Providing your own tools for site work
- Following diagrams and directions to complete site work
