Millennium pool construction is hiring all positions. Commercial and residential swimming pool, spa, fountain, and splash pad construction. Operating out of Springfield VA with routine work between Richmond and Baltimore. Travel opportunities for projects up and down the east coast.
Project Manager
Oversee all phases of swimming pool construction projects.

Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Quality assurance: verify measurements, dimensions, and elevations from plans to on-site work.
Willingness to travel for projects (up to one week at a time, not required).
Assistant Project Manager
Support the Project Manager in daily tasks and project coordination.
Assist in scheduling, budgeting, and communication with stakeholders.
Quality assurance: verify measurements, dimensions, and elevations from plans to on-site work.
Gain hands-on experience in construction management.
Travel flexibility is a plus.
Foreman
Supervise on-site construction activities and crew members.
Ensure safety and quality standards are met on all projects.
Coordinate materials, equipment, and labor on-site.
Experience with carpentry, plumbing, rebar installation, and equipment operation is preferred.
Must be able to read plans and drawings.
Optional travel for projects.
Skilled Assistant/Crew Member
Assist the Foreman in daily on-site tasks.
Experience with carpentry, plumbing, rebar installation, and equipment operation is preferred.
Help with maintaining tools, equipment, and site cleanliness.
