Roofing Crew Leader – Washington, DC
Full-Time | Immediate Start | Company Truck Provided
We are seeking an experienced Roofing Crew Leader to join our growing team in Washington, DC. This is a hands-on leadership role—you’ll be working side-by-side with your crew every day while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
Compensation & Benefits
$30–$40 per hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities
Work alongside your crew daily on roofing installations
Lead and supervise residential and commercial roofing projects
Install flat and shingle roofing systems to company standards
Ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and with top quality
Hire, train, motivate, and support crew members
Manage daily jobsite coordination, materials, and scheduling
Communicate with management and clients as needed
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of roofing experience (flat & shingle required)
Proven hands-on leadership—works with the team daily
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Valid driver’s license (company truck provided after hire)
Reliable, dependable, and capable of managing a crew
Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work at heights
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
