Century Auto Service is looking for a qualified service writer.
We are a small independant shop located in germantown, md.
This is a full-time Monday-Friday position, 10am-6pm. No weekends.
Responsibilities include:
Writing estimates
Contacting customers
Ordering parts
Comunicating with technicians
Minimal shop related duties
Qualifications include:
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Experience in customer service and customer satisfaction
Computer literacy and proficiency
Knowledge of Automotive theory and parts
Very competetive compensation (based on experience)
