As our Construction Superintendent, you will have strong backing from Project Managers and our support teams as you build out your project. We expect our high standards of quality craftsmanship and excellent client experiences to be held, and we put forth our efforts to have everyone succeed, most importantly, our Superintendents. Candidates should demonstrate experience and responsibility with supervision of COMMERCIAL BUILDING RENOVATIONS and TENANT INTERIORS projects. We have positions for senior level superintendents and lesser experienced candidates that we will help mentor and develop.
Our Ideal Candidate:
Has deep knowledge of building codes, drawings, and local regulations.
Has an eye for detail and is very organized.
Can work with multiple contractors and subcontractors.
Can train and supervise workers in all aspects of the construction process.
Is able to plan and coordinate schedules, materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractors.
Is experienced or familiar with Procore, and willing to learn and use technology.
Expertise with two to three week look-aheads, and ability to spot problems before they occur.
Is capable of effectively troubleshooting issues as they arise.
Has history of consistently meeting and beating schedule deadlines.
Can effectively manage multiple concurrent projects.
Is strong in communicating with all stakeholders clearly and effectively during the projects.
Has full-time reliable work transportation.
Has flexibility for an occasional off-hours project.

Experience:
Commercial Construction Superintendent: Minimum in Superintendent role of 3 years (Required)
Procore: 1 year (Strongly Preferred)
License/Certification:
Driver's License (Required)
OSHA 10 (Preferred)
