Mid Atlantic Wildlife Control is a nuisance wildlife and rodent control company that provides a variety of wildlife and rodent control services and damage repairs. We are currently looking to hire 2 wildlife / rodent control technicians that have a minimum of 2 years of experience working in the wildlife / rodent control field.

WE ARE LOOKING TO HIRE INDIVIDUALS WHO CAN:

Safely complete a task or job in a timely manner without supervision.

Work on various size ladders and on rooftops.

Do clean caulk work around rooflines and foundations.

Perform a minimum of basic patch / seal up of entry points.

Conduct inspections for various wildlife and rodents (squirrels, mice, raccoons, rats, groundhogs, bats)

Provide customers with a written estimate for infractions found during inspection (we are willing to train qualified individuals on job estimating)

Communicate with customers and co-workers in a respectful manor.

We are a small company in high demand because we provide services that other company do not. The owners of Mid Atlantic Wildlife Control are considered experts in the field of nuisance wildlife control and rodent control according to state and federal wildlife and pest agencies. We hire qualified individuals who have experience and a working knowledge of wildlife / rodent control. These individuals bring qualified skills to our company and our company adds to that knowledge and skill set.

REQUIREMENTS TO QUALIFY FOR THIS POSITION:

Must provide a resume. Resumes do not have to be fancy but they must include a detailed description of your past work history and 3 work related references with phone numbers.

Must be able to work 40 hours a week all year through without restrictions.

Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Must legally be allowed to work in the United States.

Must be able to read, write and speak English.

Must have a clean cut well-groomed appearance.

Must be able to perform every job with quality craftsmanship.

WHAT COMES WITH THIS POSITION:

7 paid holidays per year. Paid Holidays are New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Paid vacation time each year. Employees receive one paid week (5 days) of vacation time after completing one continuous year of employment with our company. Employees will receive 2 weeks (10 days) of paid vacation time after working for our company for 3 continuous years.

Company uniforms. Company shirts, hats, hoodies and jackets.

A take home work truck after completing an introductory period. This means new hires do not receive a take home work truck for at least the first 2 weeks from their start date.

This position starts at $30 per hour and after you have worked your first 60 days with our company you are given a job performance review. Upon meeting all qualifications (see below for details) you have the opportunity to earn a $2.50 hourly pay increase bringing your hourly pay rate to $32.50 per hour. after you have worked your first 120 days with our company you are given a second job performance review. Again upon meeting all qualifications (see below for details) you have the opportunity to earn another $2.50 hourly pay increase bringing your hourly pay rate to $35 per hour.
