Description We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Bilingual Spanish Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role requires fluency in both English and Spanish to provide seamless administrative support while ensuring effective communication with diverse internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will display strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced work environment.Responsibilities
General Administrative Support: Handle daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, filing, data entry, and organizing documents in both English and Spanish.
Communication: Translate correspondence, emails, and other documents as needed, ensuring clear messaging across both Spanish- and English-speaking audiences.
Scheduling and Coordination: Maintain calendars, schedule appointments, arrange meetings (both in-person and virtual), and coordinate travel arrangements.
Customer and Client Interaction: Serve as a point of contact, addressing inquiries and providing support to clients and customers in both English and Spanish.
Documentation and Reporting: Draft, edit, and proo documents, reports, and presentations in both languages.
Team Support: Provide assistance to executives, managers, and team members as required, ensuring smooth operations.
Office Operations: Order office supplies, maintain office systems, and ensure daily efficiency in administrative workflows.
Requirements
Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal proficiency required).
Experience: 2+ years of administrative assistant or similar experience (preferred).
Technology Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office management tools and technology.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
Organizational Skills: Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
Interpersonal Skills: Friendly, professional, and customer-focused demeanor with cultural sensitivity.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional relevant certification or training is a plus.
