Description We are in search of a meticulous Data Entry Clerk to join our organization located in Boca Raton, Florida. As a Data Entry Clerk, your primary role will involve inputting manufacturing performance data into Excel, utilizing your analytical skills to interpret the data. .Responsibilities: Input manufacturing performance data into Excel spreadsheets with accuracy Utilize Excel formulas and macros to analyze and interpret data Work proficiently with Microsoft Excel and other data entry software, such as Great Plains Write Excel formulas to enhance efficiency and accuracy of data entry tasks Ensure data is entered accurately, meeting high-volume data entry demands Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to data entry tasks Maintain and update data records as necessary Collaborate with various team members to ensure data is consistent and accurate Utilize analytical skills to interpret data and make necessary decisions Assist with other data entry related tasks as requiredRequirements Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including advanced knowledge of Excel Formulas Proven experience in Data Entry and High-Volume Data Entry Ability to perform Data Entry - Numeric efficiently and accurately Demonstrated skills in Computer Data Entry Familiarity with various data programs Attention to detail and high level of accuracy Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to work under strict deadlines Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team High school diploma or equivalent education level.
