(https://www.linkedin.com/company/everon-solutions)Summary:Reporting to the Corporate SMO/PMO, this individual will be responsible for carrying out the coordinated organization, direction, and implementation of a dossier of IT projects and transformation activities to achieve outcomes and realize benefits of strategic importance to the business.Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop program strategy, supporting business case, and various enterprise high-level project plans.

Ensure integration of projects and adjust project scope, timing, and budget, as needed, based on business needs.

Lead team in analysis and determination of business requirements, as well as manage the planning and execution of technology solutions and associated programs that achieve the business objectives to enhance customer satisfaction, optimize profitability, develop long-term customer loyalty.

Deliver all projects in the IT project portfolio on-time, within budget, and ensure strategic and business requirements are met.

Track key project milestones and recommend adjustments to Project Managers.

Produce accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.

Perform as an internal consultant, advocate, mentor, and change agent.

Communicate program strategy, direction and changes to IT leadership, business leadership, and business consultants/vendors.

Partner with senior management in the business community to identify and prioritize opportunities that utilize the IT team to achieve enterprise goals.

Possess extensive knowledge and expertise in project management, methodologies, and tools.

Provides input to and maintains the project portfolio strategy in their respective space.

Coordinates multiple projects and ensures that the work products and processes of the project teams meet the defined standards.

Constantly reinforce the role of the IT Solutions in the business and clearly communicate what the program will and will not deliver.

Sell, evangelize, and motivate business users to contribute time to a project effort.

Mentors, leads and manages Project Managers including interviewing, hiring, and training; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Partner with key external stakeholders

Influence and collaborate with cross functional teams – Marketing, Sales, Customer Care, Operations, Supply Chain, Legal, etc.- to launch new IT products/services internally within the company and potentially to external prospects/new customers.

Mentor/manage project managers

Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:Education: Four (4) year degree, advanced degree preferredExperience: 10 - 12 yrs including a minimum of 8 years in IT Project/Program leadership rolesSkills :

Able to leverage expertise across the business. Advocates the benefits of technology solutions and process improvements in achieving higher levels of functional performance.

Possess polished, articulate, well-spoken attributes to interface directly with stakeholders and third-party partners to drive discussions, achieve consensus and facilitate delivery.

Demonstrate advanced written and verbal communication skills, including ability to communicate effectively with senior and executive level individuals

Demonstrate a high level of security industry and business knowledge.

Expert knowledge of IT and PMO Operational Processes, Project Lifecycle, Project Management Methodologies, Business Communications, Prioritization & Demand Management

Demonstrated competency in the execution of multiple projects of various size, including managing resources across multiple projects to meet goals.

Ability to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems.

Able to create and manage Program and Project Budgets

Manage/Mentor/Lead Direct Reports

Experience with various technology platforms – ERP, CRM, etc.

Demonstrated experience with Scrum, Agile, Kamban, Safe Agile, Disciplined Agile, Waterfall, etc.

Substantial experience working and thriving in a large, corporate, fast paced environment(s)

PMP, CSM, DASM preferred

Formal Change Management (ADKAR, etc.) training and experience a plus

Qualities :This is a role that suits a highly organized individual, someone who can work well under pressure and will be adept at keeping a strong focus on the result. It is important to note that the required skills and responsibilities will often change at various times during the execution of a particular program. An understanding of planning techniques and how they relate to specific tasks will be a major benefit.This individual needs to be an extremely effective people manager as well. The role calls for decisive leadership allied to excellent interpersonal skills. There will undoubtedly be times when the pressure is ramped up, so an ability to remain focused while others may not will be important. Bringing together the various members of the program team will also be crucial.In addition to everything else, the person in this role will need to show a clear understanding and a broad knowledge of the company’s business, including of course in relation to how programs can affect the overall bottom line. Therefore, a commercial mindset will understandably be seen as an advantage.Key Competencies :
