Description We are offering a contract for a permanent position in the Engineering industry in Boca Raton, Florida. The role is for a Payroll Administrator who will be integral to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of payroll processes. You will be tasked with managing customer data, processing payroll, and handling a variety of other administrative tasks.Responsibilities: Accurately process payroll for a varying number of employees across different paygroups Assist in the management and tracking of multi-state workers Undertake visa verification and maintenance tasks Generate and manage reports related to payroll and employee data Enter data accurately into reports Conduct employment verification processes Handle certified payroll tasks Use accounting software systems and Microsoft Excel for various functions Administer 401k - RRSP and perform auditing tasks Utilize UKG Ready and UKG Pro for payroll processes Leverage skills in VLOOKUP and other Excel functions for spreadsheet management. Requirements Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is essential Experience in 401k - RRSP Administration is required Familiarity with About Time software is a plus Understanding of various Accounting Functions is mandatory Prior experience in Auditing is desirable Knowledge of various Benefit Functions is necessary Practical experience with UKG Ready is advantageous Expertise in UKG Pro is beneficial Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is crucial Familiarity with VLOOKUP function in Excel is required.
